Bookings: A credit card is required to book your appointment. You will be communicated with before any charge is made.
Late Arrivals: Please text/email if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If more than15 minutes late and I have not heard from you, the appointment will be considered a "no show".
Cancelation/NoShow: I am happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations could be charged 50% of the service fee. NoShow appointments will be charged the full amount.
